Balblair 2000

The nose is full of pears, honey, pineapple, and vanilla with a clean, crisp aroma. The taste starts off with honey, then pineapple and cinnamon notes develop on top of the honey undertone while adding a slight tartness. The finish is crisp and lingering with a pineapple note. Excellent.
