This Bourbon cask-matured Arran has lemongrass on the nose, along with peaches and subtle spices. The taste has a lemon pepper spiciness with a bit of tartness balanced by hints of butterscotch and toffee in the background. The finish is medium-length with a lingering lemon pepper spiciness.
