The nose is full of toffee, vanilla, Christmas cake, and touches of caramel and salt water. The taste starts off salty, followed by cinnamon baked apples, dates, honey, and a hint of black tea with a good mouthfeel and balance. The finish has touches of cinnamon and brine.
