This blend is a collaboration between Beam Suntory master Scotch blender Calum Fraser and Suntory’s blending team in Japan, and the nose has touches of caramel, citrus fruits, and butterscotch. The taste has nots of citrus, butterscotch, brown sugar, dried flowers, and subtle spices leading into the finish, which is long and warm with subtle spices and dried flowers. (November, 2023)
