This year’s Angel’s Envy cask-strength release has red grapes on the nose, along with raspberry jam, plums, and raisins. The taste has a nice balance of cinnamon, allspice, raspberry jam, plums, raisin bread, and honey. The finish is long with lingering spices and a touch of raisins. (December, 2024)
