This 10-year-old Rye whiskey was finished in Caribbean Rum casks, and the nose has notes of brown sugar, dates, vanilla, and a hint of dill. The taste is full of ginger root, baking spices, rum notes, and a touch of molasses. The finish is long with oak tannins, molasses, and dried fruits. (April, 2026)
