The 15th release of Angel’s Envy Cask Strength features an extended finishing period in Port Wine barrels. The nose has notes of chocolate-covered cherries, salted caramel, soft oak, and red apples. The taste has cherries, apples, red wine, a touch of white pepper, and oak tannins. The finish is long, jammy, and oaky with a touch of citrus. (April, 2026)
