This 6 1/2 year old single cask was bottled exclusively for Norfolk Wine & Spirits in Massachusetts. The nose is malty with molasses, brown sugar, toffee, muted spices, and a touch of oak. The taste is peppery, but with a good balance of toffee, molasses, and brown sugar sweetness. The finish is long and sweet with a touch of spice. (July, 2019)
