This whiskey from master whiskey maker Chip Tate is a 15-year-old Kentucky Bourbon finished in Tokaji wine casks. Thee nose is rich with dark fruits, old leather, a hint of apricots, and honey. The taste has notes of plums, apricots, raisins, black grapes, and baking spices. The finish is long and spicy with a touch of dark fruits. Excellent! (January, 2026)
