Alberta Premium 20 Years. Image courtesy Beam Suntory.Beam Suntory’s Alberta Distillers in Calgary has been making excellent – yet often overlooked – whiskies for years, and this release continues that tradition of excellence. The nose has notes of rye bread baking in the oven, hints of vanilla and caramel ice cream topping, and a touch of anise. The taste is robust with baking spices, honey, vanilla, caramel candy, and a hint of butterscotch. The long finish has gentle spices with hints of vanilla and honey. Very smooth and sippable!
