This 15-year-old single malt is finished in Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon wine casks, and is part of Aberfeldy’s Red Wine Cask Collection. The nose has touches of red grapes, plums, and subtle spices. The taste has notes of cooked fruits, cinnamon, and honey with a thick, chewy mouthfeel. The finish is long and spicy with a touch of cooked fruits underneath. Very nice! (June, 2023)
