AThis 20-month-old Bourbon from Still The One Distillery in Port Chester, New York is made with New York State-grown wheat and corn, and the nose has notes of straw, cut grass, flowers, honey, orange peel, and vanilla. The taste has good spices along with honey, orange marmalade, and vanilla in a nice balance. The finish is long-lasting with softly fading spices and hints of chocolate and orange. (May, 2018)
