1792 Single Barrel Bourbon. Image courtesy Sazerac. This Bourbon from the Barton 1792 Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky has a nose full of vanilla, honey, butterscotch, buttered popcorn, and a touch of molasses. The taste is smooth and buttery with a good balance of cinnamon, clove, honey, brow sugar, oak, and dark chocolate notes. The finish is long and smooth with a nice lingering spiciness. (June, 2016)
