Graton Resort’s Emerald Isle

Graton Resort & Casino’s head mixologist, Jessica Christensen, created this cocktail to reflect the beauty of Ireland and its lush landscape.

1 ½ oz Tullamore DEW (or other Irish whiskey)

½ oz Cointreau

1 ounce of lemon juice

½ ounce of simple syrup

¾ oz Aquafaba

1 teaspoon of Matcha powder.

  1. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Dry shake (without ice) for about 15 seconds.
  3. Add ice to your shaker and shake again for about 10 seconds.
  4. Grab a chilled coupe glass and strain the cocktail into your coupe glass.
  5. Sift matcha powder over top of half of the cocktail, start from the outside, and work your way to the middle of the cocktail.
