Compass Box’s Peat Monster Boilermaker
The classic “shot and a beer” pairing is made even better with Compass Box’s classic Peat Monster blended malt Scotch whisky. This recipe serves four people.
160ml The Peat Monster
40ml Dry Vermouth
20ml Lager
20ml Sugar
60ml Water
Combine all ingredients in a clean empty bottle and shake to dissolve sugar and combine. Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours before drinking. Pour into frozen shot glass and serve alongside an ice-cold IPA.
