This Australian single malt comes from single casks, so there may be variations from cask to cask. The nose is malty with notes of nuts and grapes, while the taste starts off malty with a touch of honey and pepper. Water reveals vanilla and dark chocolate notes. The finish is long and smooth with a hint of tartness.
