Sheep Dip
Country: Scotland
Region:
Type: Blended Malt
Bottler: Spencerfield Spirit Co.
ABV: 40%
Score: 88 Points
Richard Paterson blends 16 single malts to create this vatted malt, and the nose is fruity with notes of orange, mango, and banana with hints of honey and almonds. The taste is honey, lemon, black tea, and slightly malty. The finish is slightly smoky as the honey notes fade, slightly short but still very smooth.
