This 21-year-old blend was created by members of the Experience staff to celebrate the museum’s 21st anniversary, and just 498 bottles were released. The nose is smoky with notes of baked peaches and pears and hints of heather and grass. The taste has a good balance of peat and smoke with heather and grassy notes, a hint of nuts, and is very creamy and smooth. The finish is smooth, sweet, and warming. An outstanding effort by first-time blenders!
