The nose has notes of honey, vanilla, heather, dried grass, hints of brine, and a slight nuttiness. The taste is rich and spicy with cinnamon and brine offsetting each other, while honey, vanilla, and a hint of nutmeg add balance. The finish is long with subtle spices, brininess, and hints of honey and nutmeg.
