Mortlach 15
Country: Scotland
Region: Speyside
Type: Single Malt
Bottler: Cooper's Choice
ABV: 46%
Score: 85 Points
This Mortlach was aged in a sherry cask, and has a dry and slightly spicy nose with a hint of nutmeg. The taste has a spicy cinnamon blast that builds up and fades to reveal notes of figs and other dried fruits. Water accentuates the mouthfeel and adds hints of brown sugar. The finish is long and warming.
