Linlithgow 25
Country: Scotland
Region: Lowlands
Type: Single Malt
Bottler: Signatory
ABV: 59.2%
Score: 86 Points
This malt was aged in a wine butt, and the nose has chablis-like dry and sweet notes along with a hint of dried flowers. The taste is dry and crisp, with notes of heather, straw, and rose petals. A splash of water accentuates the floral notes and adds a touch of sweetness. The finish is dry, wine-like, and smooth.
