The nose is subtle and smooth with notes of allspice, honey, and touches of cinnamon and nutmeg. The taste is creamy with a slight tartness at first, followed by a slow spicy buildup of cinnamon balanced with honey and a very subtle touch of grapefruit underneath. The finish lingers well with honey and a touch of allspice. Very nice.
