This annual release has a light and clean nose with notes of vanilla, apples, and butterscotch. The taste is syrupy and thick, with a peppery blast that builds to a cinnamon peak, then fades to soft, sweet caramel notes and a hint of lemon zest. The finish is grassy and slightly tart.
