The nose is minty and clean with some floral notes and just a hint of smoke. The taste is honey-sweet, and bursts into a peppery flash that fades to reveal peaty notes on the finish. I’d never seen this before I tried it at the LCBO Summerhill Tasting Tower, but I’d gladly buy a bottle of it.
