Highland Park 1973 Vintage Edition

Country: Scotland

Region: Highlands

Type: Single Malt

Bottler: Distiller

ABV: 50.6%

Score: 94 Points

The nose is rich and complex with citrus touches of lime and tangerine, toffee, vanilla, coconut, and dried leaves. The taste starts off tart and fruity with a subtle cinnamon touch, caramel and floral notes that come out as the fruitiness fades, and a smokiness that develops at the end and lasts into the finish. The light smokiness lingers gently with a touch of caramel candy. Complex and well-balanced.
