This is a blend of straight ryes, and the nose has a clean, fresh rye bread aroma as one might expect, with notes of cinnamon, pumpkin pie, nutmeg, pine needles, and dried leaves. The taste is tart and spicy, with notes of cinnamon and cilantro, basil, and lemon zest. The finish is balanced and smooth with notes of toasted rye bread.
