The nose is green apples, pears, sweet oak, and honey with a nice smokiness – very rich and smooth. The taste is thick and smoky with notes of apples, pears, and figs with a slight pepperiness and a hint of lemon. The finish is smoky, dry, and slightly lemony. Overall, very smooth!
