The nose on this Irish single grain from Cooley is light with soft spices (almonds, nutmeg, and allspice) and a hint of toffee. The taste starts off spicy, then fades to a fruity sweetness with notes of peaches and pears. The finish is clean and lingering with a hint of black tea and lemon.
