The nose is fragrant with notes of candied orange peel, brandy, nutmeg, banana, and hints of coconut and dark chocolate. The taste is creamy, rich, and very smooth with cinnamon, molasses, banana, red apples, and hints of orange peel and brandy. The finish is spicy and slightly tart with a hint of orange peel.
