This expression comes from ex-bourbon casks, and the nose is full of vanilla, oak, nutmeg, and licorice notes. The taste has notes of cinnamon, allspice, maple syrup, brown sugar, and honey. The finish lingers well with cinnamon, honey, and licorice notes.
