This is part of the 2009 Buffalo Trace Antique Collection series, and the nose has classically intense vanilla and oak notes with hints of cinnamon. The taste starts off spicy, then fades to reveal a sweeter side, with notes of molasses and toffee. The finish is smooth and warm.
