Corsair used a gin basket full of Amarillo hops on the still during distillation, making this a “Bourbon” in the loosest sense. The nose is lemon-lime tart with a touch of caramel, perfume-like floral notes, and mild spices. The taste is spicy with an underlying tartness and gin-like herbal notes. The finish is dry and herbal. Unusual, but interesting.
