John Glaser’s blend of Highland and Islay malts has a nose of burnt vanilla and smoky peat with hints of baked apples and peaches, nutmeg, and honey. The taste is peaty with a peppery blast, burnt vanilla/crème brulee and touches of heather and honey. The finish is peaty with hints of dried fruits and honey.
