The nose is light and citrusy with a touch of lemon, along with notes of honey and oak. The taste has a good mouthfeel, puckering with a cinnamon spiciness that fades to reveal notes of honey, orange peel, and lemon zest. The taste is soft, muted, and slightly tart with a hint of dried flowers.
