Angel’s Envy Paper Plane
June 14 is National Bourbon Day and the start of National Bourbon Week in Bardstown, Kentucky. To celebrate, the folks at Angel’s Envy provided this take on the classic Paper Plane cocktail. It’s citrusy and bittersweet at the same time, perfect for a hot summer day.
3/4 ounce Angel’s Envy Bourbon Finished in Port Wine Barrels
3/4 ounce Amaro Nonino
3/4 ounce Aperol
3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and fine strain into a coupe glass.
