This Bourbon from Kentucky Artisan Distillery master distiller Jade Peterson has a fruity nose with a touch of nutty character, along with hints of red apples, peaches, black pepper, and honey. The taste is dominated by cinnamon and black pepper notes with tree fruits and honey in the background. The finish is long and fruity with a lingering hint of spices. Excellent! (January, 2026)
