This Rye whiskey is finished in American Single Malt whiskey casks, and the nose has touches of honey and molasses balanced by caramel, dry spices, and a slightly nutty character. The taste has a nice balance of sweetness and spices with ginger, peppercorns, a hint of close, figs, honey, and vanilla. The finish is long with lingering spices and a hint of dried fruits.
