Wes Henderson’s 2024 release is finished in a combination of Brazilian Amburana Oak and ex-Sherry casks, and the nose has touches of black cherries, campfire smoke, honey, and red apples. The taste has good rye spices along with caramel, black cherries, honey, vanilla, and apple pie. The finish is long with lingering spices. Very nice! (October, 2024)
