This 2024 addition to the Redbreast family has subtle pot still spices on the nose along with touches of honey, vanilla, figs, and dates. The taste has notes of baking spices, figs, dates, honey, vanilla, and dried fruits. The finish is long and fruity with a hint of spice. Excellent! (September, 2024)
