This Bottled in Bond Rye whiskey has touches of baking spices on the nose, along with molasses, brown sugar, honey, and a hint of oak. The taste is light and creamy at first, followed by a burst of cinnamon and allspice with touches of honey and vanilla underneath. The finish is long with lingering spices and a touch of honey.
