This 12-year-old Bourbon was finished in Brazilian Amburana Oak, and the nose has touches of honey, baking spices, and bacon. The taste is intense, thick, and oily with baking spice notes of clove and cinnamon balanced by honeycomb and vanilla. The finish is long and spicy with a nice underlying sweetness. (March, 2024)
