Graton Resort’s Emerald Isle
Graton Resort & Casino’s head mixologist, Jessica Christensen, created this cocktail to reflect the beauty of Ireland and its lush landscape.
1 ½ oz Tullamore DEW (or other Irish whiskey)
½ oz Cointreau
1 ounce of lemon juice
½ ounce of simple syrup
¾ oz Aquafaba
1 teaspoon of Matcha powder.
- Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice) for about 15 seconds.
- Add ice to your shaker and shake again for about 10 seconds.
- Grab a chilled coupe glass and strain the cocktail into your coupe glass.
- Sift matcha powder over top of half of the cocktail, start from the outside, and work your way to the middle of the cocktail.
