These tasting notes are for the 2021 Limited Edition bottling from Kokoro Spirits. The nose has touches of honey, butterscotch, and caramel. The taste has notes of cinnamon, black pepper, a hint of clove, honey, and caramel candy in the background. The finish is long and peppery. (January, 2024)
