This year’s holiday release from The Whisky Exchange comes from an undisclosed Speyside distillery and is 15 years old. The nose has touches of Christmas cake, toffee, caramel, dry spices, and a hint of raisins. The taste has white pepper spice balanced by Christmas cake, toffee, raisins, and a hint of allspice. The finish is long and spicy with a touch of potpourri. Very nice! (December, 2023)
