If you can find this edition of Midleton Very Rare, jump on it. Barry Crockett’s second batch of Midleton Very Rare has lemongrass on the nose along with citrus, honey, and fruity notes of peaches and green apples. The taste is fruity and floral with lemon zest, mango, papaya, peaches, and honeycomb. The finish is long and tart with a lingering fruity character. Excellent! (December, 2023)
