This annual release differs from year to year, and no two releases are alike. Master Distiller Barry Crockett created a whiskey with caramel candy on the nose, along with fudge and dried flowers. The taste is fruity with peaches, pears, and red apples, followed by a burst of allspice that comes alive and lingers through the long and buttery finish. Outstanding! (December, 2023)
