Actor Kiefer Sutherland is one of the founders behind this Canadian whisky, which has a nose full of caramel, toffee, and brown sugar notes. The taste has a nice balance of spices with clove, cinnamon, and allspice notes on top of honey and brown sugar in the background. The finish is long with lingering spices. (November, 2023)
