This Irish single malt (Summer 2022 release) has a nose of barley sugar, lemon zest, a hint of earthiness, dried flowers, and honey. The taste is thick and oily with hints of allspice and cinnamon, barley sugar, oak tannins, and honey. The finish is long and dominated by cinnamon and allspice notes. (December, 2023)
