This complex Irish Whiskey is a vatting of peated malt and Imperial Oatmeal Stout cask-matured whiskey finished in coffee-infused casks. The nose has touches of roasted coffee beans, a kiss of smoke, a touch of maltiness, and a hint of honey. The taste has notes of campfire smoke, black pepper, licorice, and a nice maltiness. The finish is long with touches of molasses, licorice, and honey. (November, 2023)
