This uncut, unfiltered wheated Bourbon has a nose of wheat bread, honey, sawdust, and hints of cocoa powder and black cherries. The taste starts off with dark fruits and intense spicy notes of cinnamon, allspice, and chili powder. The spices fade slowly to reveal touches of dark chocolate, honey, and pecan pie. The finish has lingering cinnamon spice along with touches of caramel and red apples. (September, 2023)
